- 1 cup Curd
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Banana
- 3-4 Ice Cubes (Optional)
- 1/2 cup Chilled Milk
To a n=blender, add curd.
Add banana pieces, 1/2 cup milk.
Add 3-4 tablespoons sugar, 3-4 ice cubes.
Blend till it becomes a fine paste.
Garnish glass with rose syrup (optional).
Pour lassi into the serving glass.
Garnish with dry fruits.
