Preparation of Tasty Biyyam Pindi Rotti
- Today, let's see how to ,make a breakfast or snack item, Masala Rotti with rice flour
- This can be made instantly
- Here I took 1 1/2 cup rice flour
- Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup grated carrots, 2-3 chopped green chillies, any other veggies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and mix
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil and mix
- Now add water slowly and knead the dough
- Mix with a spatula
- Knead for 5 minutes atleast
- Take an aluminium foil, a banana leaf or an oil packet to press the rotti
- Here I used aluminium foil
- Spread oil on the foil and hands
- Make a small ball out of the dough and press it on the foil
Masala Roti with Rice Flour Preparation
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in pan
- Spread the oil
- The rotte can be removed from the foil beforehand and placed on the stove, or else, just flip the aluminum foil over the pan
- Spread some oil on the top
- Flip it after a couple of minutes
- Flip and fry till it turns brown
- Biyyam Pindi Rotti is Ready
- Serve hot!
