How to Make BOONDI LADDU
To make boondi laddu, first we have to make boondi. In a bowl add bengal gram flour, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon soda and mix well. Add water slowly and mix as shown in the video. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry. Here I took half oil and half ghee so the boondi becomes tasty. To make boondi, find a utensil or a spoon with holes in it as shown in the video. Now pour the boondi mix prepared earlier on the boondi spoon using another spoon. Don’t fry the boondi too much. You can add food colour in the boondi mix if you wish. Now its time to make sugar syrup. To make sugar syrup add sugar and half glass water in a bowl and heat it. Heat it till proper sugar consistancy is obtained. Add half soon cardamom powder. Now switch of the stove and add boondi, cashew and kismis to the sugar syrup and mix. Let it cool for some time and then start making laddoos.
