How to cook Chicken Drumstick Recipe: Leg pieces have to be marinated first. In a bowl add one tea spoon red chilli powder, one tea spoon salt, one tea spoon coriander powder, half tea spoon cumin seeds powder, one fourth tea spoon garam masala powder, half tea spoon ginger garlic paste, one fourth tea spoon pepper powder, half tea spoon lemon juice, one fourth tea spoon turmeric powder, one table spoon curd and mix well till it becomes a paste. To cleaned leg pieces put small cuts. Apply the previously prepared masala paste to these pieces. Marinate it for 2-3 hours. You can marinate it overnight also. Put it in fridge. In a pan add 2-3 table spoons of oil. Add the marinated chicken leg pieces and cook them on low flame. Flip them after 2-3 minutes. Repeat the process till the chicken becomes golden brown in colour. Serve hot.
