Coconut Rice | Kobbari Annam is really an easy and simple recipe to prepare a quick one too. Great breakfast and a different, and a flavourful lunch box recipe, kids would love it. And the fresh coconut grate adds a great flavor to the rice. A yummy, and delicious dish at home hardly in 10 Minutes.
- 2 Cups Steamed Rice
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Coconut Grate
- 2 Teaspoon Ghee
- 2 Teaspoons Bengal Gram
- 2 Teaspoons Black Gram
- 10 to 12 Numbers Cashews
- 3 to 4 Green Chilies
- 2 Shoots Curry Leaves
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

In a pan heat 2 teaspoons of Ghee, let it melt.

Add 2 teaspoon of Bengal gram and Black gram each

Now, will add ½ teaspoon of Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds each.

Let it fry and splutter, then add 2 Red chilies to it

Then add 10 to 12 cashew nuts and fry.·

Now, will add 3 to 4 Green Chillies and 2 shoots of Curry Leaves, and fry them for a while.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt or as needed.

And now add 2 cups of steamed rice and mix them all thoroughly.

Add fresh Coconut grate and mix them all.·

And add some coriander for garnishing, place a lid for a moment on a low flame.

Put off the stove. Our tasty, simple and a quick flavored rice is ready.
