These Homemade Chicken Fingers are tender, juicy & flavorful. Easy to make at home with easily available ingredients with recipe by Hyderabadi Ruchulu.
- 1/4 kg Boneless Chicken
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- All Purpose Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
Chicken needs to be marinated first
To the chicken, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder,
1/4 teaspoon chat masala, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder,
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix
Marinate for 20-30 minutes
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
To all purpose flour, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper powder and mix
Coat the marinated chicken with all purpose flour first
This will prevent the masala on the chicken to fall off into the oil while frying
Dip this chicken into the egg mixture
Roll it in bread crumbs
Prepare all the chicken pieces like this
These need to be deep fried now
Heat oil for deep fry
Add the chicken pieces one by one and fry on low flame
Flip and fry till they turn brown
Move them into a paper napkin plate and serve hot.
