Easy Egg Curry Recipe with Pappula Podi
- 5 Boiled Eggs
- 3 pcs Onions
- Roasted Bengal Gram Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder

Today we will see how to make egg curry with powdered roasted bengal gram
This is a simple curry that tastes good with both rice and roti
Here I used 5 eggs for the curry
Boil the eggs
Powder 2-3 tabelspoons of roasted bengal gram powder
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan
Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeda nd fry
Then add chopped onions and fry
Close lid and fry till the onions turn brown
Now add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix
Fry for a minute and add 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder and mix
Now, poke holes on the egg with fork and add them
Fry the eggs for 3-4 minutes
Stir and fry
Then add 2 tablespoons powdered bengal gram powder and mix
Stir and cut off the stove
Serve hot with rice or roti!
