Let’s see how to make egg gravy curry with boiled eggs

Chop the onions and grind the tomatoes into a paste

We need to fry the onions first

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan

Put long cuts in the egg and fry the eggs

Also add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and fry

Move the eggs into a plate

There is still some oil left over in the pan, since nothing in here is burnt, I’m using the same oil

Fry the onions in the same pan

Subsequently Add some salt for the onions to fry faster

Close lid and cook

Add 2 diced green chillies along with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix

Then add prepared tomato paste/puree and cook till oil starts to float on the mixture

Close lid and cook

Add 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix

Be careful while adding the salt since we already added some while frying the onions

Add 1/2 cup water for gravy and mix, the fried eggs and cook for 7-8 minutes

Close lid and cook till the gravy thickens

Add some garam masala as desired

subsequently Sprinkle some coriander leaves, and the egg gravy is ready to serve!

This gravy taste good with both rice and roti
