Egg Kabab With Leftover Potato

 

Egg Kebab Recipe

Don't let that potato curry go to waste! Make this tasty Egg Kabab by Hyderabadi Ruchulu that will make for a quick snack and also finish any leftover potato curry.

Instructions
  1. You could use boiled potato mashed with chilli powder,salt , turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste instead of potato curry.

Recipe Notes

Here I used 1 cup leftover potato peas fry

Mash the curry or boiled potatoes

To the mashed potato, add a pinch of chat masala, 2 tablespoons bengal gram

If the curry seems too liquidy, add some more flour till it becomes thick

Add some more salt and chilli powder if desired

Here I took 3 eggs

Cut the egg into 4 long pieces

Take breadcrumbs in a bowl and add pepper powder, a pinch of salt

To a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour and 1/2 cup water

Mix

Spread oil on palms, roll a small amount of mashed potato and prss it

Place an egg piece and cover it

Dip it in the cornflour mixture and roll it in bread crumbs

Press it lightly so that the bread crumbs stick to the kebab

Deep fry them now

Heat oil for deep fry

Add them one by one and fry on medium flame

Fry for a minute and flip

Flip and fry till they turn golden brown

Serve hot!
