Spicy Potato Curry

INGREDIENTS:

1. Potatoes - 300 Grams

2. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon

3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

4. Coconut Powder - 2 Teaspoons

5. Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon

6. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon

7. Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon

8. Onions - 1 Cup

9. Green Chillies - 2

10. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup

11. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon

12. Garam Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon

13. Oil

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 cup onions, and fry. Add 2 chopped green chillies. Fry till onions become transparent. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry. Fry for a minute and add 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 2 teaspoons coconut powder and mix. Add peeled and diced potatoes. Mix, close the lid and let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cup water and close the lid. Cook till gravy thickens and the potato pieces cook completely. Add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
