Preparation of Curd Janthikalu Recipe | Festival Special Recipe in Telugu
- 3 cups Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Curd
- 4-5 pcs Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ajowan
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
PERUGU MURUKULU
Lets see how to make crispy snacks with curd
Here I used 3 cups rice flour
Add 1/2 teaspoon ajowan, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and mix
Add 1 1/2 tablespoon h eated oil and mix
Here I ground 4-5 green chillies, a small ginger piece, a little salt and add this to the flour
Now add 1 1/2 cup curd
Mix and knead it into a dough
Add a little water if necessary
Don't make the dough too soft
Heat oil for deep fry
Add a little dough and test if the oil is hot enough
Now use a press to make the snack in desired shape and size
Spread some oil inside the press and put dough in it
Press directly into the oil and fry
Flip and fry till they turn brown
Perugu Murukulu are ready to serve!
Store it in an air tight container to use for 15-20 days
