How to make Prawns Fry Recipe : To washed prawns, add ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon chilli powder and mix well. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil. Fry the marinated prawn pieces. Heat a pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 cups onions and close the lid. Add 1 ½ teaspoon salt and mix well. Add green chillies and fry till the onions turn brown. Add ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and let it cook for a minute. Add 1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seed powder and mix well. Add the fried prawns and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Add coriander leaves and curry leaves.
