1. Bread Toast with Gram Flour Preparation in Telugu
Take 1 cup of gram flour in bowl, add 1 finely chopped green chili, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Then add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder , 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste.Add 1 chopped onion pieces to it. Now add grated carrot and coriander leaves. We can even add capsicum or other veggies if we wish to. Now add some water and make it into a fine paste . Take a bread slice and dip it in the mixed flour, coat it thoroughly. Heat pan and add some ghee/ butter.Shallow fry the bread slice till it turns golden brown. First yummy snack/ breakfast gram flour bread is ready. You’ll relish it.
2. Masala Bread Preparation in Telugu
Our next recipe is masala bread.Will take 4 slices of bread cut them into pieces.Heat pan. Add 1 teaspoon butter/ ghee or oil what ever you wish to. Add some finely chopped garlic, 1 green chilli.
Then will add 1 chopped onion pieces. We can even add grated carrot and capsicum. Any other vegetable of our choice. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fry till the veggies become soft. Add 1/4 teaspoon sauce. Here I added home made chilli sauce. Now add 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder. Add the bread pieces to it and toss it. Toss it thoroughly, now our masala bread is ready.Garnish it with Spring onions or Coriander leaves. Kids would definitely enjoy the recipe.
3. Green Peas Pulav Preparation in Telugu
Green peas pulav is a quick rice recipe for breakfast/ lunch. Take 1/2 cup of coriander leaves, 1/2 of mint leaves and 3 to 4 green chilies grind them into a paste.We will need 1/2 cup green peas. Here I used frozen green peas, we also use soaked dried peas.Take 2 cups of rice, wash them and keep them aside.Take a cooking pan add 2 tablespoons of Ghee. Then add 2 to 3 small pieces of cinnamon, 4 cloves, 3 cardamom and 2 bay leaves.
Fry for a minute and add 1 onion.Cook it till onion becomes transparent. Now add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 ginger garlic paste and mix. Stir them and add prepared green paste. Fry for a minute and add green peas. Add washed rice and mix.Pour 4 cups water for 2 cups rice, stir it. Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste. Cook it on a medium flame with lid till the rice is cooked thoroughly.Put off the stove let it settle down for 5 min. Easy and fast to cook green peas pulav is ready to serve. We can eat it with either curd or some Raita , it would be a great combination.
4. Tomato Rice Recipe Preparation in Telugu
Lets see how to make tomato rice. We need 6 tomatoes for this recipe , 3 cut into pieces and 3 made into paste.
Rice 2 cups washed and keep it aside. Heat pan and add 2 tablespoons of ghee .Now add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 onion cut into pieces, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste. And now add 2 green chilies chopped, 1 carrot chopped and 1 capsicum. Then add diced tomato pieces, prepared tomato paste and let it fry till tomatoes are soft.

Now add 1/4 cup of mint leaves ,add 2 cups washed rice stir it.Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder,1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala powder. Then will add 4 cups of water and 1/4 cup of coriander leaves.Cook it on a medium flame till the rice is soft .Put of the stove wait for 5 minutes.Serve it and have delicious Tomato rice.Kids and even elders will definitely enjoy the recipe and they would want it more.
5. Carrot Raita Recipe Preparation in Telugu
Healthy and tasty carrot raita ,we need grated carrot.Home made curd would be better for the recipe. Take a bowl put some curd whip it softly.Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds powder.Salt as needed or 1/2 teaspoon. Add grated carrot. Green chili 1 cut into small pieces , which is optional. Add some coriander leaves finely chopped , this adds flavor to the raita .Mix them all , so our colorful tasty and healthy raita is ready..
6. Roasted Chana (Salted) Roasted Chickpeas Preparation in Telugu
A quick and simple snack recipe. We need 1/2 cup of Chickpeas, soaked overnight or 5 to 6 hours prior we cook it. They will bulge upto 1 cup.Put them on cloth and dry them before we roast them.Take a pan put it on the stove add 1/4 kg of salt to it. Heat the salted pan, then add the soaked chickpeas .Roast them stirring constantly, till changes color. Now when the color is changed, take it off from the stove. Strain off the salt. Put them on cloth and rub to remove the excess salt from it. Now add some chat masala with a ting of lime. Roasted chana is ready to serve!
7. Chocolate Bread Toast -Sweet Snack Preparation in Telugu
Our Next simple Bread recipe. It is sweet and easy to prepare. Place some chocolate on a bread slice and put another slice on top of it. Using a mould or a bowl, cut it into a round shape. Heat 1 teaspoon butter or ghee in pan. Place the prepared bread slices toast them till they turn brown.
8. Malai Bread Toast -Sweet Snack Preparation in Telugu
