Boil and mash 3 potatoes To a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, soaked sago and 1/2 cup bengal gram flour Here, bengal gram or all purpose flour could be
used Add chopped onions, 5-6 chopped/grinded green chillies, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix
Add more flour if the batter seems too thin
Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix
Heat oil for deep fry
