  • 3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Bengal Gram Flour
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 5-6 Green Chillies
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

We need to pre soak the sago Here I washed and soaked 1 cup sago for 1/2 hour

Boil and mash 3 potatoes To a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, soaked sago and 1/2 cup bengal gram flour Here, bengal gram or all purpose flour could be

used Add chopped onions, 5-6 chopped/grinded green chillies, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix

Add more flour if the batter seems too thin

Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix

Heat oil for deep fry

Wet your palms, take a small amount of dough roll it and

press it lightly Make a hole in the middle and drop them carefully in oil

Flip after a minute

Flip and fry till they turn golden brown Serve with favourite sauce or chutney!
