Method 1: Storing lemons
Wash and clean lemons. Wipe the water off with a kitchen towel. Put the lemons in a zip lock bag and seal it off without air. Put zip-lock bag in deep freezer as it is.
When needed, take the lemons out and put them in hot water. They will become soft, juice them and use it.
These could be used for 5-6 months.
Using yellow lemons for this method will be better.
Method 2:
Juice lemon pieces. Take care that no moisture is present.
Take a clean dry bottle. Use a glass jar or unbreakable air tight container. Pour lemon juice in it. Close the lid and put it in the fridge.
This could be used for 1 month.
This method will also save space.
Method 3:
Wash and clean lemons. Wipe the water off. Roll each lemon in a paper towel or newspaper. Put the lemons in a zip lock bag. Put zip-lock bag in the fridge.
This could be used for 25 days to 1 month.
Method 4:
Pour lemon juice in an ice-tray. Put in deep freeze. After 5-6 hours, lemon cubes will be formed. Put the lemon cubes in a zip lock bag or freezer friendly containers and seal it off without air. Put it in deep freezer. Using zip lock bags will save space.
These could be used for 3-4 months.
Method 5:
Wash and clean lemons. Wipe the water off. Juice the lemons. Measure the juice with a glass. For 1 glass lemon juice, use 4 glasses sugar. Powder the sugar. Add measured quantity of lemon juice and mix. Pour this mixture in a glass jar or in an unbreakable container. This could be stored outside also. This could be used while making juices.
