Here I took 1 1/2 cup rice flour
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup grated carrots, 2-3 chopped green chillies, any other veggies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and mix
Add 2 teaspoons of oil and mix
Now add water slowly and knead the dough
Mix with a spatula
Knead for 5 minutes atleast
Take an aluminium foil, a banana leaf or an oil packet to press the rotti
Here I used aluminium foil
Spread oil on the foil and hands
Make a small ball out of the dough and press it on the foil

The rotte can be removed from the foil beforehand and placed on the stove, or else, just flip the aluminum foil over the pan
