Preparation of Tasty Biyyam Pindi Rotti

  • Today, let's see how to ,make a breakfast or snack item, Masala Rotti with rice flour
  • This can be made instantly
  • Here I took 1 1/2 cup rice flour
  • Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup grated carrots, 2-3 chopped green chillies, any other veggies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and mix
  • Add 2 teaspoons of oil and mix
  • Now add water slowly and knead the dough
  • Mix with a spatula
  • Knead for 5 minutes atleast
  • Take an aluminium foil, a banana leaf or an oil packet to press the rotti
  • Here I used aluminium foil
  • Spread oil on the foil and hands
  • Make a small ball out of the dough and press it on the foil

Masala Roti with Rice Flour Preparation

  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in pan
  • Spread the oil
  • The rotte can be removed from the foil beforehand and placed on the stove, or else, just flip the aluminum foil over the pan
  • Spread some oil on the top
  • Flip it after a couple of minutes
  • Flip and fry till it turns brown
  • Biyyam Pindi Rotti is Ready
  • Serve hot!
